My experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a special needs school in the UK provided me with the opportunity to interact with children with various disabilities and learn what approaches work best. It allowed me to understand the differences among these children and, in turn, understand my own child better. From these experiences, I realized the importance of not just leaving everything to the school but actively involving oneself and starting the journey of education together.
Parents and caters, we need to stand up and join in the circle of supporters.
